This thank you is far overdue but I want to let you know how much we LOVED, not enjoyed, not liked, but LOVED the cupcakes.
The good news for us was that a few of the students at my wife's dinner couldn't make it at the last minute so there was that many more cupcakes for me and Amy to eat. We ate them for days. We actually froze them and then made a ritual of eating them on the successive nights after the party.
I am remiss for not letting you know sooner how much we loved them. They were delicious, especially those buttercream ones!
